Our seafarer selection is primarily based on the following criteria:
- Valid documents and certificates according to the applicant's position and the new amended STCW regulations.
- Experience
- Medical certificate issued by a medical facility authorized to issue a seafarer health certificate; before being assigned to a ship, all applicants must be compulsorily examined according to medical regulations, including drugs and alcohol
- Based on the assessment of previous ships
- Professional proficiency test - test on SOLAS/MARPOL and ISM Code, English proficiency.
- Personal profile - assessment of human quality.
