A licensed dispatching company by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; with a team of employees with over 20 years of experience in consulting and training human resources for Japanese companies. Among them, the service of recruiting and providing seafarers is one of our core activities. Au Co Seaman Center will soon be known as a leading enterprise in the work of expanding cooperation, international integration and providing global maritime services.
Training and Development of Seafarers
Most of our seafarers are graduates of Vietnam Maritime University, Maritime College or Haiphong Technical College. After passing the recruitment process, they will be trained according to a proprietary process at the Seaman Center. The Au Co Crew Manning's course is designed for seafarers of all ranks using English, all of which are maritime terms and vocabulary for basic daily activities on board. In particular, seafarers and any recently graduated maritime students will find this course very valuable. Those who take this course can master maritime English because it is a common language on all ships.
